Here at Aaxeon Technologies, we strive to meet our customers' needs at any cost. Our customer service representatives are here to clarify any questions, comments or concerns you may have with your transaction. If you receive our product and you believe your expectations were not met, we want to make it right.

Every sale is backed by our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your experience with Aaxeon Technologies, we will correct the problem within 45 days of your purchase date or give you a full refund of the purchase price.

Warranty

All Aaxeon Technologies Brand Product(s) sold shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years (Unless otherwise indicated on product specification page) from the date of delivery provided that the Product was properly installed and used. All resale Product(s) are subject to their respective manufacturer's warranties (Please see each individual product to determine warranty length). Defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted Product(s) caused by damage resulting from unforeseeable incidents (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in the under power, or incorrect cabling and damage caused by misuse, abuse and unauthorized alteration or repair are not warranted.

This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at Aaxeon Technologies' sole discretion, of the defective product during its warranty period. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the defective Product to Aaxeon Technologies for service. The customer agrees to prepay shipping charges, to use the original shipping container or equivalent, and to insure the Product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product's warranty period, whichever is longer.

THE PROVISIONS OF THE WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, AND AAXEON TECHNOLOGIES' LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR SUPPLYING OF THE PRODUCT AND ITS USE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL COST OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AAXEON TECHNOLOGIES, LLC BE LIABLE FOR UNINTENDED OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR USE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR SUPPLYING OF THE PRODUCT.
