  1. How do I order your products?

  2. When will my orders be shipped?

    In stock orders recieved by 12:00 PM PST will ship the same day (subject to credit worthiness and purchase order requirements).

    Out of stock and special orders will ship within one business day of Aaxeon's reciept.

    Please call us if you have any urgent requests and we will do our best to assist you.

  3. Is there a minimum order amount?

    No, Aaxeon is happy to take your orders regardless of the amount.

  4. What is your return policy?

    If any item purchased from Aaxeon Technologies does not meet or exceed your expectations in any way, please contact us within 45 days. If we cannot correct the problem, we will refund you the cost of the products purchased.

  5. What is the status of my RMA?

    Yes, we provide a 30-day Free Evaluation on all of our products. Please fill out our EVALUATION FORM and we will send you our product to evaluate.
